This fabulous video for “Careless Love” by Arborea, culled from their latest album ‘Red Planet’, captures the mystique and imminent spirit of this husband-and-wife duo from Maine. Shot by Shanti Curran on two coasts in two states that host Portlands - Maine and Oregon - in 2010, “Careless Love” is rich in imagery, bouncy yet beguling, with Shanti’s lace-wrapped vocals whistling atop Buck’s jaunty ukulele. Minimalism never sounded so catchy.
